The owner of the online store is www.indianbasket.pl and the company The SMAC Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Katowice at Słowackiego 15, 40-093. Entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for District Court Katowice - East in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. The Regulations define the rules for concluding transactions in the store www.indianbasket.pl

www.indianbasket.pl is an online store through which users can purchase the products offered in it.

- Making purchases through www.indiabasket.pl requires the acceptance of cookies by the user's browser.
- Our website works on popular browsers like Internet Explorer, Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome.

- To place an order, you must register on the store's website and fill out the form indicated on this page.
- A correctly completed form should contain:

- Confirmation of reading and acceptance of these regulations and the Privacy Policy.
- The correct name and address, and contact number of the customer.
- Shipping address and name and surname of the person authorized to receive the shipment, if different from the customer's data (providing the name and surname of another person in the shipping data is tantamount to authorizing this person by the customer to collect the shipment).
- Invoice data (if the buyer wants to receive an invoice).
- The order is made by selecting products, selecting a number and clicking on the "buy" sign. After confirming the choice, the User is transferred to the page for choosing the method of payment and the method of receipt of the order

4. Collection of the order can be made in person at the Indian Basket grocery store in Katowice without additional charge.
5. The order may also be delivered to the address indicated by the Ordering Party for an appropriate fee indicated in the delivery price list. The choice of the form of collection takes place after completing the order.
6. After placing the order, the Ordering Party will receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order.

- The prices of the Goods are given in Polish zlotys and include all components, including VAT and all other components.
- The Customer has the option of paying the price for the Goods:

- Upon receipt of the Goods (Cash on Delivery)

- Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
- Delivery of ordered Goods is carried out by post, courier or own transport of the company (up to 30km locally for purchases over PLN 200, delivery is free). Possible delivery costs will be indicated at the time of placing the Order.
- The delivery deadline is from 2 to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the amount due for the Order or conclusion of the Sales Agreement with payment on delivery.

- If it turns out that the delivered goods are inconsistent with the order, the Ordering Party has the right to exchange the goods for the ordered or new one.
- The ordered goods are sent back to the account of the Indian basket in Katowice , which covers the related costs.
- Complaints are considered within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, a new copy is sent to the Ordering Party in accordance with the order.
- In the absence of the ordered and non-defective goods, the https://indianbasket.pl informs the Ordering Party by e-mail or telephone. At the choice of the Ordering Party – the paid amount is returned to its bank account, or replace with another product with the same price, selected by the Ordering Party, is sent. Shipping costs are borne by https://indianbasket.pl.
- In accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827)
- Art. 27. A consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for those set out in Articles 33, 34(2) and 35.
- Article 28. The period for withdrawal from the contract begins:
- For a contract in the performance of which the entrepreneur gives the item, being obliged to transfer its ownership – from taking possession of the item by the consumer or a third party indicated by him other than the carrier, and in the case of a contract which:
- a) Includes many items that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts – from taking possession of the last item, lot or part,
- b) Consists in regular delivery of items for a definite period of time – from taking possession of the first item;
- For other contracts – from the date of conclusion of the contract.
- Article 29.1. If the consumer has not been informed by the trader of the right of withdrawal, that right shall expire 12 months after the expiry of the period referred to in Article 27. 2. If the consumer has been informed by the entrepreneur about the right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the period referred to in paragraph 1, the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the provision of information to the consumer about this right.
