Chicken Jalfrezi is a very easy Indian dish to prepare. It can be said that this is the Indian version of the Chinese "stir-fry", i.e. fried pieces of meat with vegetables and aromatic spices. This paste is a medium-spicy, balanced mixture of 11 aromatic spices enclosed in oil that provides a deep, rich, authentic flavor.
