MDH Deggi Mirch - 100g

Deggi Mirch, a distinctive Indian spice made from a blend of colourful red peppers and red cashmere chillies, gives soups, tandoori chicken and other traditional dishes a mild spiciness and deep red-orange colour. Deggi Mirch is full-bodied but relatively mild in spiciness. It is slightly hotter than peppers but is used more to add colour to the dishes than to heat them.
